Enameled pot cheese burn

hi, i have a STAUB enamel cocotte, my starter dish was a bolognese ragú - and i was recommended to add some parmesan before finishing the meal. the result was great, but after washing up, the bottom of the pot is like this - is guess its some burnt parmesan. i tried many things, but no hot, nor cold water helped, neither baking soda.

any tips?
