"The Emperor" - A short 'quality' up-date

Just a quick update to let all Chinese food loving hounds know:
After a short period of inconsistency, glad to see the food quality at 'The Emperor' is back on form.
Though the house was full tonight, dishes like the Roasted Suckling Piglet paired with Seasoned Jelly Fish, Honey Glazed Jumbo Oysters, Fried Baby Pork Spare-ribs with Chinese preserved Olive Tapanade..... were as good as before!
A new dish - Stirred Fry Mixed Mushrooms paired with Yuba skin wrap was interesting and good!
