Empanadas cafe in Corona is such a gem!

This little spot never fails with fresh empanadas, friendly fast service, and a constant trickle of people waiting for takeout and hovering for one of the 2 available tables. We were there today about 6:15pm after Science Museum, and all the empanadas were great as usual--their hot sauce is wonderful, too.
Had: plaintain/cheese--so good with hot sauce, beef ground, ground chicken, beef w/ vegetable, ricotta and spinach, vegetable mixed, pesto tomato cheese............yum.......to all.

Wish they would open a bigger spot, would love to see them at entrance to Forest Park at Parklane South, or on Metropolitan avenue somewhere....they know what they're doing and do it well.

So, good to see that quality has kept up.

Miss Timmy's frozen custard so much this summer, does anyone know if he's going to reopen anywhere????
