I'm going to be serving empanadas for a cocktail party next weekend, and since they are so time-consuming to make I plan to completely assemble them ahead of time and freeze them, then bake them right before the party. My question is this: Can I put them directly in the oven from the freezer, or do I need to defrost them first? When making them fresh, I bake them for 30 minutes at 375. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
