Via Emilia is open and BYOB

I know some people have been asking about this.

I walked by on my way home from work yesterday. They are open at the new location on 21st just west of Park.

The place has a modern design, very different than the last space. On the front door there is a "limited menu" which looks like the old menu and is nearly as complete. Pastas are $10-15, secondi $15-18.
