Emeril's Delmonico

I would like to know if anybody shares my sentiment about this restaurant. I dined there earlier in May and I have to say that was one of the absolute worst dining experiences I have ever had. The service was inattentive, the room we ate in was much too cold, the menu is grossly overpriced, and the manager had an opportunity to alleviate some of my anguish, but didn't. Long story short we asked to be moved from a table that was directly under the air conditioning and rather than move us they simply turned the thermostat up to 78. Once the room reached 79 the air was back on and we were freezing again. There were several open tables in the upstairs room, but they would not move us (A party of two) to a table that seats four. Also I ordered the Branzino, which was a mistake, because I have never ordered Branzino and not had it prepared (i.e. bones removed, skin removed, etc.) at tableside. The real kicker is them charging $30 for me to have to clean my own fish that measured no more than 8in. in length. The worst part was that once I expressed my concerns to the manager she offered us dessert on the house. No we did not get to choose she gave us the sorbetto. Not only is it the cheapest dessert on the menu, she did not listen to my concerns and gave us a cold dessert to eat at our cold table. I sent a letter expressing my complaints and concerns to Emeril's web-site and have yet to receive any reply. If any of you know how/who to contact regarding this please post here or send me an e-mail. I will never eat at an Emeril's restaurant again. Thank you in advance.
