Hi, I'm a New York chowhound who is also a food reporter for Newsday. I'm trying to work up a quick story on New York restaurants that will be serving Marlin during the Series. My editor told me that she heard that in Chicago there was a marlin shortage as area restaurants raced to put the fish in its place, that is, dead on the plate. Does anyone out there have any leads for me?
