Apologies for my umpteenth post on preparing for Seder.
It's a long story, but I now need to make chicken soup, which I've never done and don't think I'll have the time to make from scratch given the other dishes I'm already planning on making. And it needs to be kosher. So what's the best way to turn kosher canned chicken broth into good soup? I was thinking of simmering it with some roasted onions and carrots, and maybe some ginger.
