I have a once in a lifetime problem (at least my lifetime).

We a celebrating the closing of a business deal in Dallas on 12/21/04 with a California client and a Dallas based client. The California Client has opened his heart and his cellar with lifetime wines to be shipped to Big D.

The Dallas client is contacting Lolas, Aurora and the Mansion about corkage fees.

Anyone had a similar experience, have a sense of cost, have a suggestion of a Chef and Sommelier who would allow such an audacious request?
