We went to Eloisa in May after reading a sterling review. Most diner reviews complained about the noise level and the service.
The food was very good. Very creative but not, given our personal tastes, the best in Santa Fe.
The service was awful. Management acknowledged the problem and, in all fairness, the review probably generated a sudden increase in patronage.
But the noise level was unbearable. It made conversation all but impossible and was constant once the room filled up.
So, my question is:
has anyone been recently?
and have they fixed these problems?
