Elmhurst soup buns--Great Wealth Restaurant

Since the departure of Joe's Shanghai Elmhurst outpost (the original), have been looking for soup buns in the JH/Elmhurst area figuring that this area running out of soup buns is as sad as Philadelphia running out of bells. Had lunch today at Great Wealth (formerly Great Worth) at 81-25 Broadway. Well, they have soup buns--they are not outstanding, and they are only pork, not crabmeat and pork, but they do have soup in them. They could have more broth in them, but the presence of any broth at all puts them above King 5's offering when I had them. And the broth is nice and clean, not greasy, unlike Senh's (which has since departed, shortly to be replaced by a big seafood palace, I belive). Also had squid with pickled mustard greens-not stellar but solid. They promise delivery, which makes them a candidate for resolving the JH Chinese delivery problem. And the buns are good enough--wouldn't travel from out of neighborhood for them, but for locals who don't feel like a shlep out to Flushing, these are buns one can walk to. And if you are disenchanted with the hole in the wall take-out only places in JH proper, the menu looks worth exploring.
