Eliminating the TC 10Qt - Alternatives

mobiledynamics | Aug 8, 201806:34 AM     28

Lemme me hear it. We've got a WS TC 10QT that I bought strictly based on shape - 34CM roughly, came with a lid and was what I wanted - low and wide. Impulse buy. The Sitram's were NLA, and the shape, floorspace, volume and lid was what I wanted without considering how terrible the pan construction. It's light as a feather...

I have always hated the performance for most things as it's thin but during this time of the year, I've got it working overtime cooking out tomato sauce once a week as the garden keeps on pumping our more tomatoes that I can keep.

Something new to me, was actually looking at cookware pieces from overseas - as there may be same brands offered here stateside in NA, but some pieces from the same brand are not offered here.

Lemme hear it
Any recommendations for a 10-12L replacement, 32-34CM wide. Low-Medium height sidewalls
