OK - So I haven't been to EMP in years, but I used to love their skate dish. I am now a much more adventurous eater (meaning, I now eat all kinds of meat rather than sticking strictly to fish), so I need to know if I should go with my old stand-by or if there's something great that I've been missing. Looking at menupages, I see myself with 4 options: skate, black bass w/ pancetta, venison, or roast loin and confit of pork.
Any recommendations on those? Does anyone know if EMP is better known for fish or meat? Thanks in advance!
