Elderly/Disabled at Tickets, Hisop and other Barcelona Restaurants

Tohono Rat | Apr 1, 201511:10 PM     4

In the Fall, my wife and I will be in Barcelona for two weeks with my elderly (80's) parents. I don't have the usual "Where should I eat?" questions. We all appreciate everything from the most traditional, rustic cooking to the most sophisticated cuisine. Here is the issue.... I want the REST of the dining experience to be really positive for my parents. They have somewhat limited mobility (i.e., no staircases but a few steps are OK). Also, my father uses hearing aids, so really loud restaurants are difficult for him to share in the conviviality of a special dinner.

So, here are my criteria for good places to eat with them:
1. Great food (from simple and rustic to cutting edge)
2. Accessible (i.e. taxi can take us to or VERY near the restaurant)
3. Not too much background noise (no music, for example)

Do Tickets and/or Hisop meet all of these criteria? Any additional suggestions? Any/all advice appreciated. Thanks!
