You know what I haven't tried this place like ever. And then finally did.
And the roasting chicken up front, in the rotating spit, in back of the counter, looked delicious.
so anyways got some chicken to go, but it just wasn't that great or that tasty at all.
and it didn't remind me at all of the pretty darn good roasted chicken ala brasa that i had in cuzsco and lima. there the chicken was superbly spiced, cooked, and tasty and had some great homemade fries along with the ride.
was my experience at el pollo inka, just an off-night, or has it seen better days, and is just hanging onto it's repuatation these days.
also, how's the ceviche here.
and in a little digression, does mario's peruvian serve roasted chicken too, or do they only serve ceviche(sebiche) and those potato dishes.
