Per Melanie's request, I am starting a thread about this restaurant.
It's a pleasant and original restaurant located in the Spanish cultural center of northern California off 280 in the south of SF. They have a buffet lunch, whose highlight is the paella (a great value at $16, house wine included).
It's not a trendy place and that's part of its charm; it's more of a european family-style restaurant. The paella is pretty good, but not outstanding.
