I've been walking by this place for a little while and finally got to check it out this week. They're open about 4 months.
I had the Chacarero sandwich...beef,string beans, avocado, cheese, tomato, habanero.. which was delicious and a rice pudding dessert, also recommended. They have a handful of other dishes which I haven't tried yet.
It would be natural to compare this to the original Chacarero. I haven't been to Chacarero in a little while, but in my recollection the execution is slightly better at El Molino. It's not as busy and they're not making as many sandwiches.
No line at 11:50 on a Thursday.
Mostly takeout..maybe a few small tables??
