I have half an eggplant that I need to use up today. What should I do with it?
My grandpa is coming over who loves this veggie but is on a very strict diet. Here are some guidelines that i must follow...
-low fat/low calories (he's not really suppose to be consuming oil/ butter...he gets his good fat through fish, etc)
-he can't have sugar
-he likes it cooked and not raw (like most people!)
