egg sandwich

When I lived near Porter Square I became addicted to the Good Egg sandwich at the Oxford Spa. I'm not wild about the rest of their sandwiches but this one was, quite simply, the best sandwich I have ever eaten. Iggy's wholewheat bread, thin layer of mustard, thick layer of mayonnaise, sprouts, thickly packed sliced hardboiled egg, and little black pepper. I normally add a few tomato slices. So simple, so good. Has anyone else tried it?

So different from the slimy egg salad "mix" served by most places. I now live between Harvard and central and am sick of walking back to Porter for my sandwich fix. Is there anywhere else that will make me a sandwich for lunch with sliced fresh egg, rather than ready mixed egg salad?
