Can anyone recommend really great Egg Foo Young anywhere in the Phoenix metro area? Where I grew up every Chinese restaurant had great "egg fu", but in my 25 years as a Phoenician I've yet to find any that I loved. Believe it or not, the best I've found is at The Red Chopstick in Sedona! I'm seeking big, fat, delicious patties.....not these little anorexic ones! I'm open to ideas and would love to hear from my fellow hounds.
