Are there any Echigo fans out there? The first couple of times I went (back in March/April), I thought it was excellent (especially considering the price). While I thought the fish quality not quite the calibre of Sasabune, it was still quite good (again, considering the price). However, the past two times I've gone, the fish quality seemed to really have deteriorated. I thought perhaps they were having an off night, but I tried again and it still wasn't up to par.
Has anyone else noticed this decline, or is it just me?
