As most people know, East Coast Grill always features one "hell" dish on their menu. It had been sausage from hell last summer (iirc), then was switched to "party beef" from hell for the winter, and now is "wings of mass destruction" (WMDs). (They also have periodic "hell nights," which are much discussed on this board, but unfortunately I have yet to attend one.)

Anyhow, the WMDs may be my favorite hell dish of all time. These wings are a thing of beauty: smoked, jerked, and then grilled with ECG's Inner Beauty Hot Sauce and served with fried plantains (which help moderate the intense heat). They absolutely are not for the faint of heart, but for those who like the heat turned up, these are magnificent. My meal last week of WMDs, a burnt ends sandwich, and ice cream next door at Christina's was a wonderful thing!
