The Italian restaurant near the IGA in Hartsdale was recently renovated and has become Ecco-la.
Saturday night we had pizza there, hoping the new awning might signal something good. Verdict: a perfectly good, perfectly ordinary New York-style pizza: lots of cheese, decent crust, but nothing exceptional (the Sangiovese we brought in--no liquor license yet--made the experience very enjoyable).
Ecco-la has doors which suggest al fresco dining when it gets warmer.
Has anyone else been to Ecco-la? Recommendations for pizza in the Hartsdale area?
