Eating at teh Israel Museum

One of the best meals I had in Jerusalem was a lunch at the Israel Museum.

They have two restaurants, one dairy and one meat.

The lunch in the meat restaurant, called Modern, was amazing. A lamb moussaka. Heavenly.

We tasted one another's dishes. I have to rave about a vegan entree, vegetables stuffed with rice and lentils in a sauce that was a, I think, a sweet-sour mango base.

There were also amazing cherry tomatoes, can they infuse cherry tomatoes with a sort of intense flavor using a syringe? They tasted amazing.

If you're heading to the museum, make sure to plan to have a meal there.
