Ciao! My husband, our teenage son, and I will be headed to Rome for one week between Christmas and New Year's. I've only been to Rome before as a broke college student, and now that I'm going back as an adult I would LOVE to be sure I'm eating at the "right" places. I've got a tentative agenda and would love feedback from people who know firsthand what it's all about!
For our lunches, I'm planning on:
Armando Al Pantheon
For our dinners (most of which will be at 8:00!)
Baccano (they take Christmas dinner reservations, and we land that day - I booked here to be certain of a meal on that holiday!)
Flavio al Velavevodetto
I'd love to know if you think any of these aren't worth the time or money, and conversely if you think I'm overlooking an awesome gem!
Any favorite spots for coffee or gelato we should be sure to discover during our days?
Thank you all so much in advance for any thoughts you have!
