Eating cooked, unchilled turkey

CarolePage | Apr 6, 2015 03:36 AM

I thawed and cooked a 6K frozen Butterball turkey (as per instructions) and went out to work. My husband carved it and covered it with a plate. He then put it inside the microwave (out of reach of my cat) to cool before putting it in the fridge. Unfortunately he forgot about it and didnt put it in the fridge and I found it 8 hours later when I came home. Is this still okay to eat? Or not?
