We have a relatively new Chinese food restaurant in town and when I went in the first time, I ordered the banana chicken because it sounded different. He said it was not available so I figured it was because they were new and didn't have their act together yet. They were out the second time I went in and by my third trip in, it was crossed off the menu. So, my curiousity is killing me. I don't need a recipe-I'm just wondering if this is a food combination that works or tastes weird.
