I received a bottle of Rioja Gran Reserva as a gift, and would like to plan a meal around it. I know, it seems backward - usually I decide what to make and then choose the wine! But this time, I have the wine and it's not something we drink very often at all, so I have no idea what to serve with it. My internet research has left me with very vague answers - pork, or lamb, or stew -- that sort of thing. I'd love to get more specific suggestions, if you have any!
