In these "2005" lists, somewhere, someone said they'd posted about using filo to make an "easy" Spanikopita. I looked for the original post (Nov. 3?) but didn't find it. Now I can't find the other post either!!HELP!! I'm going blind! Was it you, Carb Lover? whimper.... I love Spanikopita and any hint or help is what I'm looking for.
