So another weekend without my other half, and I usually have little motivation to cook wihout him. My routine is to munch throughout the day on whatever, and by dinner time I really want some vegetables. I usually only have cooking type vegetables, for example I have spinach, potatoes, yams, onions, frozen peas and carrots, and yellow beans. I do not particularly like salad. Do you crazy wonderful hounds have any ideas about quick and easy mostly vegitarian dinner type ideas?
