Easy snack for 50+ people?

I work in a facilities department and I've been making popcorn as a snack every other day. Soon however when the school year kicks up again, they're going to take the popcorn machine away to somewhere else, and I won't be able to use it anymore. Does anyone have any suggestions for snacks that I could make that are easy? I typically get to start making snacks at 2:00, and then by the time people arrive at 3:30 to clock out the popcorn is complete and the machine is cleaned and everything.

The things I have at my disposal are two fridges, and three microwaves. Any suggestions would be great!!!
