Easy Pork Roast

Bought a pork shoulder..patted it dry and put a dry rub of ground ancho chili on it. 6 hours in a 200 degree oven. Outside was crispy and the inside was moist and juicy. Could probably do it with different spices too.

Amazingly good and amazingly easy.
