I love lasagna however, trying to work with those large limp noodles without them ripping is a real art which I don't have. My mother in law taught me a trick. Any recipe, forget the line about boiling the noodles and draining. Simply lay them in the pan dry and uncooked and then add the other ingredients and add about 5 minutes to the time. The sauce will cook them while it cooks in the oven. There may be still a little bit of a hard edge here or there but 90% of the time they come out perfect.
