We have started again an Eastbay Chowdown Yahoo group for those who wish to organize meals in the Eastbay area. this will serve to connect everyone,
including the old Oakland Chows!!! Enjoy, and let's plan many
events!!!

To join go to: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Eastbay...

Hosting/Announcing an event:
Anyone is welcome to use this list. Please feel free to use this list to announce or plan any kind of gathering with your fellow chowhounds.

You can have one of three types of meals:

1. A no RSVP required. Just let people know tha place and time. This works best for take-out places or where there are no limits on who can attend.

2. RSVP required. This type would have a limit on atendees and requires the host to organize and manage the list.

3. Evite Create an invitation at http://www.evite.com and send it to:"Eastbaychowdown@yahoogroups.com".This will reach everyone in the group and is the easiest to manage.
