Early planning help needed for April Trip to Sonoma & Napa

Itinerary help for April trip to Napa/Sonoma

My husband and I are planning a trip to Napa/Sonoma in April to celebrate a big birthday (mine). We're wine lovers, but have never visited Napa/Sonoma or spent any time visiting vineyards. We like most kinds of wine, especially sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, pinot noir. My husband is a fan of cabs as well.

During our trip we want to: see the ocean and the redwoods, visit different kinds of wineries, have a few special tours and tastings. I've done a lot of research so far, and now am looking for advice.

What are your thoughts on the following itinerary? We're staying our first night in Bodega Bay, and our last three nights  at The Carneros Inn. Where should we stay our second night? Sebastopol? Healdsburg? There are great wineries around each town...

Saturday - Arrive SF 9:30 am
Drive to Bodega Bay Lodge
Lunch at the Boathouse (BBQ oysters!)
Hike around Bodega Head (4 miles)
Dinner Terrapin Creek

Sunday (Easter) - Drive to Armstrong Grove, hike there
Lunch at Korbel deli
Tastings at (if open on Easter) Arista and/or Ramey
Stay overnight at Best Western Dry Creek Inn, Healdsburg
Dinner Baci Cafe & WIne Bar

Monday - Healdsburg to Carneros

Tasting at Mac Phail family wines
Kunde Mountaintop Tasting
Lunch at El Molino
Afternoon Sonoma and Sonoma Plaza
Sojourn Tasting Room near the plaza
Sebastiani Winery
Check into Carneros Inn, dinner at Boon Fly

Tuesday - Napa Day

Tasting rooms in Napa: Back Room Wines and Vintner's Collective
Lunch at Oxbow Market
Frog's Leap
Hendry tour

Dinner ? Looking for something not fine dining (ie $35 entrees) Possibly La Salette

Wednesday - Carneros

Breakfast at Fremont Diner
Visit 2-3 of the following: Bouchaine, Truchard, Scribe, Etude, Adastra, Domaine Carneros, Cornerstone (we like Tricycle's Poseidon Chardonnay)

Dinner FARM at Carneros

Thursday - back to SF and home
