Early morning breakfast - complex criteria

Hello all,

For an upcoming business meeting I have a bit of a complex set of requirements, looking for some help.

The meeting will be on a weekday morning, the earlier the better (so places that are open at 7:00am or earlier are great).

It needs to be near to/off of Lake Shore Drive as the people I'll be meeting will be coming down from the north shore. However, it also needs to easily accessible via el or a northbound bus (151, 156, 22 or 36 are all workable).

Finally, it should have parking.

I know that some Golden Nuggets/Golden Apples would fit this bill, but surely there are better options in the city. Available street parking is not enough, the people I'm meeting don't like to park on the streets in Chicago. Granny's which I recently discussed is good, but I don't think they have parking. Tempo is always reliable for pancakes, but again no parking.

Perhaps Hillary's Urban Eatery on Division just east of Milwaukee is one option (there is a public parking meter lot nearby), however it is not extremely convienant to LSD (but is near 90/94 which I'll check if it is an option).

Any other suggestions? Looking for something interesting, open early, and conducive to a business meeting. WIFI connection would be an incrediable bonus.
