First off, this savory croissant is so dawn good, it deserves its own posting!
Available on the weekend at ' DUO ', this breakfast treat ranked amongst the BEST savory croissant I have ever had....and that include my 20+ years stay in Europe with a 2 years span living in Paris!
Super buttery, flaky and crispy crust with a filling comprising of hot, melted cheese and layers of juicy, perfectly cooked medium rare roasted beef, this heavenly product left both my son and I speechless....followed by moans of Ooohs and Aaahs!! Yes! It was THAT good!
A small tips: To get them at their peak, Arrive at around 11.30 am when the chef takes them out from the kitchen to the front-of-house. ENJOY!!
BTW, also bought a couple of delectable 'modern take' on two traditional favorites - Black Forest Cake ( right ) and Tarte Tatin ( left )
