I wrote about this on my blog today and am curious to hear peoples' thoughts on this and the red velvet trend. It's growing. I know it really is just chocolate cake with buttermilk and vinegar, but I wish that more companies would go whole hog and find a way to incorporate cream cheese into the flavoring as well.
Has anyone else tried this? It's certainly strange.
