Cookbook author and Chowhound favorite, Andrea Nguyen, was in Santa Fe last week and posted photos of her lunch at Dumpling Tea & Dim Sum on IG with a positive note. Any 'hounds try it yet for homemade noodles and dumplings?

I thought it was good, maybe a little bland. They need better, house-made sauces. When I went they only had sriracha and soy sauce. That said, I'll take what I can get here!
Hi, thank you! I did try it when I was in Santa Fe three weeks ago. Ask for black vinegar and you can make your own sauce by blending it with a little bit of soy sauce and pepper. I did, and they brought out a whole big bottle of Chinkiang black vinegar to the table.
I have some photos to post. Give me a few days to get them archived.
