Dumb question regarding blush champagne/St. Germain cocktail...

emmarose329 | Feb 21, 201611:22 AM     2

I'm very new to the world of cocktails and would like to make something like this recipe for my upcoming dinner party- http://www.thekitchn.com/recipe-elder....

I'd love to make it more pink to fit the party theme and have a bottle of Andre Rose (I know, I know) that I received as a hostess gift on hand.

How disastrous would it be to combine the bottle of Rose with a bottle of Brut or Prosecco in order to give it the pink color and tone down the sweetness?

Thank you in advance!
