More dumb overly-frozen BEEF questions

Hi y'all. I have a deep freeze and 2 stand-up fridge side-by-sides, one of which keeps foods in the freezer almost as cold as the deep freeze. As a result, I tend to toss stuff in that super cold side-by-side and forget about it as if it was in the deep freeze.

Recently I discovered 5 Porterhouse steaks in there dated use-by March 2017. So, at least 2.5 years old. These were in their original packaging and obviously (quite visibly) freezer-burnt. I thawed them and trimmed off all the freezer-burnt portions and the remaining red meat was quite fine for stroganoff (one dish) and beef tacos (another dish).

The bones and trimmed off freezer-burned portions I threw into the instapot just now along with roasted carrots/onions/celery to make broth, which is still cooking at the moment.

What I'm wondering is if all that freezer-burned trimmed-off stuff will make the broth taste horrible?

Has anyone ever tried making broth from freezer-burnt beef? If so, how did it go?????
