Duck Soup?

Having read the great suggestions for use of duck fat in a recent thread, I went out and got a nice magrete duck to play with last weekend. Carved out the breasts for a nice mid-week meal, rendered the skin into a good stash of fat, and then made the skinless carcass, etc., into stock. My six year old got a kick out of my announcement that I was making duck soup. Now, what are some interesting things I can do with the stock which is now safely packaged and frozen?
