Duck Fat

I wrote a fairly long detailed review of Duck Fat, the new lower end place in Portland from Rob Evans of Hugo's and I guess I did not finish the posting, since I don't see it here. It was a great lunch of Duck Broth and Duck Confit Salad. The menu also has Belgian Frites (cooked in duck fat) with some delicious sounding sauces. Writing this a second time I am not as inspired, but definitely check this place out.
