Any hints for finding Israeli groceries in the Detroit area? I'm looking for a condiment known as schoog/schug/zhug (god knows how many other variations of spelling) (and god knows how many varieties of it there is, from a red hot sauce to a hot pesto-like thing).
I plan on making my own, but would like to try a commercial variety too.
I was thinking about the Russian Jewish groceries in the Oak Park area, but it has been a long time since I've been out there and I have no idea what still exists.
