Dry vs Wet Aged Steak - Where to Eat

groover808 | Jan 30, 200807:15 PM

So I was in my lounge at work and saw a recent Texas Magazine with a picture of a huge steak on the front. Article inside had the top 100 steakhouses all over Texas. Side bar article mentioned difference between wet (cheaper to do) and dry aged steaks. It described dry aged as more concentrated in flavor "like reducing a sauce", tender, and possibly a bit gamy. Each restaurant highlighted specified if their steaks were wet or dry aged. So my question is:

What restaurants serve dry aged steak? Is it worth the higher price (according to the magazine)?
