Dry Style Chow Fun

I stopped at the Gold Medal on 8th St. in Oakland last night for dinner. Recalling the recent chow fun discussion, I ordered beef and bean sprout chow fun. It came with no gravy, just a little bit of pan juices. The noodles weren't crispy nor were they wet--just steamy and warm. Very tasty it was.
