Hi folks -
I'm searching for the traditional Italian style ricotta-based dry cheesecake in Los Angeles. Much to my chagrin since moving to LA from NYC I haven't been able to find it.
This is traditionally offered in many authentic Italian restaurants in NYC and it's a favorite of mine. There's a complete dearth of "red sauce" joints in LA and I'm thinking that's why it's hard to find.
Can anyone please let me know where I can find my favorite cake?
