Well, now that I've got my habanero glut safely under control, here come the green tomatoes. I've got a good six to seven pounds to deal with still and am running out of ideas. So far, I've made green tomato chutney and green tomato/orange jam. Tonight we're having a pile of fried green tomatoes along with some nice smoked brisket. (Yeah, not on the diet but oh well.)
Do any of you 'hounds have some ideas for what I can do with the rest of these guys?
