A while back I saw a recipe posted for Fig Tapenade. It is similar to one I have that I have wanted to try for quite some time. I was thinking of making a batch for some appetizers. My idea is to make the tapenade and stuff it in fresh figs along with some goat cheese. My question is: are dried figs better for the tapenade or will fresh figs be better? I am not a fan of figs but I have a tree and I am going to a very chowish party. Thanks for the help!
