Does anyone know of any good Dried Chili suppliers in the SF/San Jose areas as far as Reno, NV? I am coming over from the UK on vacation, and an trying to track down good suppliers for ingredients for Paul P/Emeril Lagasse recipes. Trying to get ingredients for Creole/Cajun/Louisiana cooking in the UK is difficult!
I already have a lead at:
